• Live Training Join other members for breakfast each month when IA hosts practical, nuts and bolts training on closing unique investor transactions.  In addition to live trainings, Investor Advantage members have access to podcasts of every Investor Advantage seminar. Download and listen to each presentation at your leisure.  Meeting are held the 2nd Friday of every month unless otherwise announced. We meet at from 9:30am to 11:30am 6300 S.
