Wholesale Property Listings Information

For several months we’ve received request after request to add a wholesale listing page to our website.  Well, we listened!!

Now, IA Premium Members can list up to 3 wholesale properties per month on our site for FREE.*   This is a great way to expose your property to serious real estate investors.  Each listing will run for TEN DAYS.  You can check out our current listings <<HERE>>

Why only 10 days?  Well, if it’s a true wholesale deal, and priced correctly, it well sell in 10 days.  We don’t want to have properties on the site that are not priced appropriately.  Most of our members are savvy real estate investors and it’s important to price wholesale properties as true wholesale properties.
